PRAYERS.

Webber versus Farmer.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Michael Webber Senior, of the City of Cork, in the Kingdom of Ireland; complaining of a Decree of the Court of Chancery in that Kingdom, made the Sixteenth Day of February One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixteen, in a Cause wherein Richard Farmer a Minor, Son and Heir of Jasper Farmer, late of Ardevolane, in the County of Tipperary, Esquire, by his Guardians, was Plaintiff, and the Appellant Defendant; and praying, "That the same may be reversed:"

It is Ordered, That the said Richard Farmer may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on or before Wednesday the First Day of January next; and that the Service of this Order on the Respondent's Six Clerk in the said Court shall be good Service.

King to be congratulated on the Birth of a Prince.

Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lords with White Staves do, from this House, humbly wait on His Majesty, to congratulate His Majesty on the happy Occasion of the late Delivery of the Princess, of the young Prince.

The Prince and Princess also to be congratulated.

Ordered also, That a Message be sent from this House, to congratulate their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess on the like happy Occasion; and that the Duke of Somerset and the Duke of Devonshire do carry the said Message.

Adjourn.
