Execution of Justice in Wales.
A Bill for the better Execution of Justice, within the
Principalities of Wales, was read the Second time.

A Bill to prevent Delays of Proceedings at the QuarterSessions of the Peace was read the First time.

Encouraging Privateers.
Ordered, That Sir Walter Young, Colonel Churchill,
Mr. Goldwell, Mr. Harley, Sir Tho. Middleton, Colonel
Perry, Mr. Waller, Mr. Palmes, Sir Jervas Elwes, Sir
Chr. Greenfield, Mr. Hopkins, Mr. Bower, Mr. Bromley,
Sir Eliab Harvey, Sir John Banks, Mr. Beddingfield, Mr.
Clarke, Sir Joseph Tredenham, Mr. England, be added
to the Committee, who are to inspect, and consider of,
the late Act for encouraging of Privateers; and to prepare, and bring in, a Bill for their better Encouragement:
And they are to meet this Afternoon at Four a Clock, in
the Speaker's Chamber.
Woollen Manufacture.
Ordered, That the Bill to revive the Act made in the
First Year of their Majesties Reign, to prevent the
Exportation of Wool, and encouraging the Woollen
Manufactures of this Kingdom, be read To-morrow
Morning, after Ten a Clock.
Order for preserving Decorum in Debates.
To the end that all the Debates in this House should be
grave and orderly, as becomes so great an Assembly;
and that all Interruptions should be prevented; Be it
Ordered and Declared, That no Member of this
House do presume to make any Noise or Disturbance,
whilst any Member shall be orderly debating, or whilst
any Bill, Order, or other Matter, shall be in reading or
opening: And, in case of such Noise or Disturbance,
that Mr. Speaker do call upon the Member, by Name,
making such Disturbance: And that every such Person
shall incur the Displeasure and Censure of the House.
Supply Bill; Land Tax.
An ingrossed Bill for granting to their Majesties an
Aid of Four Shillings in the Pound, for one Year, for
the carrying on a vigorous War against France, was read
the Third time.
And an Amendment was proposed to be made, by
leaving out the Clause in the 42d Press, which related to
the Appointing of cruising Ships.
And the Question being put, That the said Clause
stand in the Bill;
