Fleetwood's Estate.

AN ingrossed Bill, from the Lords, intituled, An Act for the ratifying and confirming a certain Indenture of Lease of Marton Mear, in the County of Lancaster, made by the Earl of Derby, and others, to Thomas Fleetwood Esquire, was read the First time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time.

Clipping of Coin.

Ordered, That the Committee appointed to receive Proposals, how to prevent clipping of the Coin of this Kingdom, for the future, and the Exportation of Silver; and to report the same to the House; do also report their Opinion thereupon.

Whitchcott's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act for enabling Sir Paul Whitchcott Knight and Baronet, and Dame Jane his Wife, to make Leases, for Ninety-nine Years, of the Manor of Tooting-Graveney, and any of their Messuages, Lands, and Hereditaments, in Tooting-Graveney, Tooting-Beak, and Stratham, in the County of Surrey; for the better Improvement thereof; was read the First time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time.

Wanley's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill, from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable William Wanley, an Infant, under the Age of One-and-twenty Years, to new-build several Messuages or Tenements in Ax-yard, King's-street, Westminster; and to enable his Guardian to make one or more Lease or Leases for effecting the same; was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Sir Tho. Littleton, Mr. Thornhaugh, Sir Tho. Haslerigg, Mr. Dryden, Sir Fra. Massam, Sir Matth. Andrews, Mr. Burdet, Mr. Pollen, Mr. Biddulph, Sir Jona. Jennings, Mr. England, Colonel Perry, Mr. Bockland, Mr. Stonehouse, Mr. Nicholas, Mr. Bowyer, Mr. Dyot, Mr. Smith, Mr. Freke, Mr. How, Mr. Fenwick, Sir Ra. Car, Sir John Key, Sir Richard Onslow, Sir John Bolles, Mr. Frewen, Mr. Waller, Mr. Fawkes, Mr. Lutterell, Mr. Lowther, Mr. Tempest, Mr. Greenfield, Mr. Cooke, Sir Brian Stapleton, Mr. White, Mr. Christie: And they are to meet this Afternoon at Four a Clock, in the Speaker's Chambers.

Estoft's Estate.

The House proceeded to take into Consideration the Amendments, made by the Committee, to whom the ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act to vest certain Lands and Tenements, late of John Estoft, of Etton in the County of York, Esquire, in Trustees, to be sold for Payment of the Debts of the said John Estoft, and raising Portions for his Daughters, was committed;

And the same were once read throughout; and then a Second time, one by one; and, upon the Question severally put thereupon, agreed unto by the House; and are as follow; viz.

Press 1. L. 4. after "York," insert "Kingston upon Hull."

L. 21. after "Moscroft," insert "and;" and after Beverley," insert "in the said County of York."

L. 22. leave out "York," and insert "the same Town."

Pr. 5. L. 42. leave out "one," and insert "own."

Pr. 6. L. 10. leave out "neither of them."

L. 12. after "Widow," add "nor any of them."

L. 19. after "Successors," add "to the Crown of England."

Raising the Militia.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for raising the Militia of this Kingdom for the Year 1695, although the Month's Pay, formerly advanced, be not repaid: And that Sir Richard Onslow do prepare and bring in, the same.

Ordered, That a Clause be brought into the said Bill, to repeal the Statute of the Second and Third Years of King Edward the Sixth, intituled, An Act against shooting of Hail-shot.

Leave of Absence.

Ordered, That Mr. Morland have Leave to go into the Country, after Wednesday next, upon extraordinary Occasions.

Ordered, That Mr. Prade have Leave to go into the Country, after Wednesday next, upon extraordinary Occasions.

Ordered, That Sir Bourchier Wray have Leave to go into the Country on Wednesday next, for Three Weeks, upon extraordinary Occasions.

Ordered, That Mr. Pollen have Leave to go into the Country, after Wednesday next, upon extraordinary Occasions.

Punishing of Mutiny and Desertion.

The House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for continuing Two Acts for punishing Officers and Soldiers who shall mutiny, or desert his Majesty's Service; and for Payment of Quarters; for One Year longer.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Mr. Wharton took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Wharton reported from the said Committee, That they had gone through the Bill; and made several Amendments thereunto; which they had directed him to report, when the House would please to receive the same.

Ordered, That the said Report be made upon Monday Morning next.

Report of Conference with Lords.

Ordered, That the Consideration of the Report of the Conference with the Lords be adjourned until this Day Sevennight.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Nine a Clock.
