Upon Question, 20 Nobles a-piece, in Plate, to be presented to Dr. Burgesse and Mr. Dyke, 10l. to be given the Ministers of the Church of St. Margaret's, besides the

Payment for the Wine. The rest to be distributed to the Poor by the Committee; wherein special Respect to be had to the Gatehouse, and the Poor within this Parish, and the Fleete, and the Marshalsea.

Message from Lords.

Lord Richardson and Baron Trevor bring a Message from Lords ; That the Lords have sent to let this House know, the Lords desire a Conference, by a Committee of both Houses, concerning that, which was sent unto them from this House; and that they desire, this House will give Power to some such, as it shall trust, to treat of such Matters as shall be there propounded concerning the Premises : The Time, if the Occasions of this House will give Leave, Two Clock this Afternoon, in the Painted Chamber.

The Messengers called in, and Answer by them returned, that the House will give their Lordships Meeting, at the Time and Place desired.

Sir Edw. Coke, Sir D. Digges, Mr. Littleton, Mr. Selden, Mr. Noy, Mr. Glanvyle, Mr. Banks, Mr. Mason, Mr. Sherland, and Mr. Ball, specially to attend and assist. Power to these, to speak, as Occasion, to make good what formerly argued there; but, if any new Matter propounded, to hear, and report that to the House, but not to debate that.

The Report to be made by Sir Edw. Coke, Sir D. Digges, Mr. Littleton, and Mr. Selden, in such Sort, as they shall agree among themselves.

Clerk of the Crown to attend, &c.

The Clerk of the Crown to be required, upon Notice from the Committee, to attend them, in the Court of Wards, with the Commissions of the Peace, Oyer and Terminer. &c. and to attend the Committees about Lord Lieutenants, &c. with the Commissions of Lieutenancy.
