A Motion being made, about the extraordinary Gilding of the Cross in Cheape, and the Images thereupon; referred to the Committee for Religion; and they to consider thereof, and report their Opinions therein to the House.

Committing Duke of Buckingham.

The Debate of the Matter, disputed Yesterday, renewed, concerning the Message for committing of the Duke of Buckingham.

Mr. Noy, having Yesterday spoken in it, demanded, whether he might this Day again speak to the same Matter : And resolved, he might.

Exception to Member's Words.

Upon some Words spoken by Mr. Dyett, the House took Offence ; and, upon a general Acclamation, " To the Bar" he was heard to speak for himself, and was then withdrawn.

1. Upon Question, Mr. Dyett, by Words lately spoken here, hath given just Offence to the House.
