Mr. Comptroller did send Hugh Floode, and * Cryke-toste to this House: Whereupon was declared, by the Sheriff's Serjeant, the Misdemeanour and Escape of Flood, by the Means of Cryketoste: Whereto Floode and Cryketoste alleged, That the Serjeant had promised to go with them to Mr. Comptroller, and refused. Whereupon

It is Ordered, That Floode and Cryktoste, shall be sent Prisoners to the Gatehouse till To-morrow.
