Mr. Whitby reporteth Heaman his Petition, for the Loss of his Ship. -

That all the Committee thought fit, this poor Man should have Recompence; but how, or from whom, have left it to the House.

Upon Question, a select Committee, to consider of this Petition; and of such other Defects in Shipping, Victual, Munition, or any other Thing concerning the Navy; and to report their Proceedings to the House -
