Penal Laws.
The House being moved with a Commission for Execution of penal Laws, dat. 3 Decembris last; Motion, by Committees, to the Lords, to be Means for the Revoking of all such Commissions; which the Lords agreed.
The Commissioners were, Edmund Mathew, John Elliott, and Robert Reynolds; which seemed to the Lords and Commons not to be convenient Persons for such a Commission.
