SIR Herbert Crofts bringeth in from the Committee, the Bill for the Establishing of the Possessions of the Lord Chandoz, &c. with Amendments; and the Amendments and the Bill 3. read: - Passed, upon the Question.

Drury Lane.

3. Reading: - The Act for the Paving of Drury Lane : - Upon the Question, passed.

Forestallers, &c.

3. Reading: - The Act against Forestallers and Regrators, &c. A Proviso wanting, which presently was ingrossed.

Watermen.

The Proviso and Amendments in the Bill touching Wherrymen and Watermen, 3. read, and, upon the Question, dashed.

Cloth Trade.

Mr. Tate brings in the Bills of Cloathing: And having reformed One Bill; and bringeth it, One of the Bills, viz. that for the true Making of Woollen Cloths; with Amendments.

The other, for the true Making and Searching of Woollen Cloths, thought fit to sleep.

The first to be ingrossed.

Mr. Tey desireth to be heard by Counsel; but, by reason the Bill had been at the Committee long, and he, being Alnager, often heard; and that he assented to all, saving One Point of the Bill; and that he could say more than any Counsel; his Desire not granted.

Arrests.

Mr. Fuller bringeth in, from the Committee, the Bill to restrain Arrests upon the Sabbaoth-day.

Upon the Question, many Disputes. -
