Ld. Seymour's Attainder.

The Master of the Rolls, &c. declared the King's Majesty's Pleasure to be, that the Admiral's Presence was not necessary in this Court, and therefore not to be here : And further declared, that if the House would require to have the Lords to come to satisfy the House for the Evidence against the Admiral, the Lords would come down.

It is Ordered, That Mr. Comptroller, of the King's Privy Council, shall here &c. require the Lords, that, if Necessity require to have the Lords come down, that, upon a further Suit, they may come down to the House.

The three last Bills (viz. - ) sent up to the Lords.
