Leave of Absence.

SIR Wm. Strowd hath Leave for many urgent Occasions, to depart; and promiseth to return very shortly: - Hath attended very diligently the first and second Session.

Tillage in Herefordshire.

Mr. Pembridge desireth a further Day for the Bill of Provision of Meadow and Pasture in Herefordshire, &c. Thursday appointed.

Bourchier's, &c. Letters Patents.

Mr. Overbury reporteth the Two Bills for Mr. Bourchier, and Bathyrst. -

Mr. Bourchier bound in 1,000 Marks, Mr. Bathyrst in 2,000 Marks, for performing Covenants of Indenture, to Sir John Hungerford, Sir Henry Poole, Mr. Overbury, Mr. Oldsworth: - Bourchier, for confirming of theLeases inferiors; Bathyrst, - of the Debts and Legacies.
