I Thomas Andreson of perfyt remembraunce makes my testament in thys maner fyrst I bequeth my soule to Allmyghtty God to o^r Lady s^t Mary and to all the s^tes in hevyn. My body to be buryed w^t in the church yerde of s^t Michel tharkangell of Conesby. Also I gyff to the high alter of the church of Conesby pro decimis oblitis xijd. and to the bellys of the same xijd. Also I gyff to the warke of o^r Lady of Lincoln xijd. Also to the church warke of Skevylby iiijd. And to the church warke of Canwyk xijd. Also I gyff to euery one of the gyldes at Conesby y^t is to wyt of the Trinite, of Corpus Christi, of All Saintes, iiijd. Also I gyff to John Righton the best dooblet the best pare of hose y^t he will chose of myn & a cappe. Also I gyff to William Snawden a dooblet a pare of hose next vnto the best & my syster hys wyff a seame of malte. Also I will y^t Isabell Johanne Marcy & Catheryn my doughters shall haue evenly devydyd emong them vjl. xiijs. iiijd. And yff it shall fortune the sayd Isabell or anny one of her systers departe owt of thys worlde afore they shall cum to marrage then I will the sayd somme of vjl. xiijs. iiijd. be evenly devydyd emong them wich doth lyff. Also I will yff it shall fortune anny man to make title or clame to my sayd house in so mich that the sayd Margaret my wyff can not kepe it but to her gret hurte that the forsayd m^r Edward Dymok shall haue it to hym and to hys heyres for euer gyffyng to Margaret my wyff & to my chyldren at hys discrescion. I wyt to Bartholomew Harwyk, my sone, xls. I wyt to Isabell Harwyk, my doughter, xls. I wyt to Helene, my doughter, xls. And yffon of them decease before they cum to lawfull age, [etc.]. I wyt to sir Thomas Beche, the parson, a wether lamme. I wyt to Nicholes Harwyk, my brother sonne, a qwye calffe. The resydewe of my goodes I gyff and wytt to Jenet Harwyk, my wyff, and John Byrnyt, whome I make my executors. To saynt Loy light a li. of wax mayd in a serge that it may be so usyd with the stok that longes to hym. I will have a messe done at Scala celi at frerys for my soule, and iiij messys in my parysh kyrke. I wyt to my doughter ij chylder at Thornton. I wyt to my doughter sonne at Owresby. To Dianes my wyff all the resydew of my goodes excepte she take another husband; and yf she mary, then I will that she have but halfe, and the other halffe to be devydyd betwyxte my ij doughters, Halyson Browne and Margaret Barker. And yff my wyff take no husband, I will that she gyff them parte of the goodes at her last ende; wich Dianes I make my executrix.
