that the sayd John Bagot decease withowt heyres of hys body, then I

shall remayn to the next heres of the sayd William Bagot for euer, and

28 December, 1530. I George Derse of Ranby makes my testament
and last will. My body to be buryd in the churchyerde of st German in
Ranby. To the high altare in the churche of st German of Ranby for
forgottyn tithys xijd. To our Lady of Lincoln xijd. To our Lady
warke of Lincoln xijd. To the churche of All Halloys in Legborne ijs.
To the churche of All Halloys in Scamylsby viijd. To the churche of
st Andro in Donyngton viijd. To Elizabeth my doughtter and my
heyr certan lande lying within the feldes of Legborne the whiche lande
is one yere vjs. and another yere iiijs. To George Gybbon. To George
Burne. To Margaret Burne. I gyff and resygne to Alyson my wyff
the coppy of my house and lande lying within the towne and feldes of
Ranby. The resydue of all my goodes I bequethe to Alyson my wyff,
