Grange near Hebree, in Wirral.		 441. The Commissioners for Ulster to Nicholas Loftus. We have given order to Mr. Walley to charge you with bills of exchange for the 5,000l. allowed to us by the Committee of Lords and Commons at Derby House, and for the 500l. remaining of the 2,000l. ordered to us for transportation of soldiers. We desire you to accept and pay these bills in like sort as if we ourselves had charged them. [½ p.] Annexed,
