Act of 8 April 1653, continued till 1 April, 1654.
Whereas the late Act Entituled, An Act for Probate of Wills
and granting Administrations had continuance onely until the
first day of October, one thousand six hundred fifty and three,
It is hereby Ordained by His Highness the Lord Protector, with
the consent of his Council, That the said Act, and the Authorities,
Matters and Things therein contained, shall stand and be revived
to continue in full Power and force until the first day of Aprill
next, to all intents and purposes.
And it is hereby further Ordained, that Richard Lucy, John
Hildesley, Nathaniel Barton, Jervas Bennet, Anthony Rous,
Joachim Mathewes, Edward Cludd, Thomas Wood, Esqrs;
and Robert Tichburne, Alderman of London, be added to the
Judges mentioned in the said Act to execute all and every the
Powers given by the said Act, as fully as any of the Judges
therein named may do.
