Leave of Absence.

MR. Whistler has Leave to be absent for a convenient Time.

Publick Fast.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the Desire of this House is, that there shall be a Fast.

Resolved, upon the Question, That there shall be a Message sent to the Lords, to desire them to join with this House, to make a Request to his Majesty for a publick Fast.

Mr. Hollis, Mr. Rowse, Mr. Nath. Fines, Mr. Crew, Mr. Hampden, Mr. Cage, Mr. Coswell, Sir Tho. Roe, Sir Walth. Erle, Sir H. Mildmay, Sir Tho. Barrington, Mr. Pimme.

This Committee is to draw Heads for a Conference to be desired with the Lords, concerning a general and public Fast: And are to meet on Monday next, at Two of Clock, in the Inner Court of Wards.

Treaty with Scotland.

Ordered, That the Reporters of the Conference with the Lords, concerning the Treaty between the Two

Kingdoms, do meet on Monday, at Two of Clock, in the Treasury-chamber to prepare that Report.

Attainder of Earl of Straford.

Ordered, That the House be resolved into a Committee, to take into farther Consideration the Bill of Attainder of Tho. Earl of Straford.
