On the petition of Dr. Butler for satisfaction of a debt due from Sir Robert Thomas as his wife's portion and 40l. a year till payment and the Lord High Treasurer's report thereon, reference to the Attorney General, his Majesty finding that the debt claimed is acknowledged to be due to the petitioner.
