July 5. Aud. Sherwin to make his report on Friday on the papers exhibited by Stephen Cole.
All who make a motion at committee are to recite the last order in the case, and produce a copy signed by the registrar; or in default, to lose the benefit of the motion. [A 9, pp. 18, 21.]
