were sequestered to their great loss by the county commissioners,
but were discharged on proof that they acted under force, and
on warrant from the King's Council of War which sat in the
town, and could not disobey without danger of imprisonment
and loss of estate. They beg perusal of their charges, of the
warrant from the Council of War, and of their discharges from
the late county commissioners, and freedom from further trouble
or attendance. |
