Order in the committee for Discoveries, in a cause depending between Sam. Garthwaite, plaintiff, on behalf of the Protector, and Phil. Clarke, defendant,— the plaintiff producing a certificate from Haberdashers' Hall of the sequestration of the lands of Thos. Cole, Leighton, co. Bedford,—that Mr. Bayley bring to the commissioners the books wherein the certificate is entered, or it cannot be admitted in evidence. [G 76, p. 179.]
