2. nova. The Bill for the Earl of Kent. - The second Reading; and, upon the Question, ordered to be in-grossed : And both the Parties to be in this House, with their learned Counsel, at the next Session of this Court, to be holden next after this present Day.

Adjournment.

Mr. Doctor Huycke and Mr. Doctor Vaughan do bring Word from the Lords, that their Lordships, having received the Queen's Majesty's Pleasure to be, that they should adjourn their Session until Tuesday come Seven-night next coming, do signify the same unto this House; to the end this House may likewise adjourn until the same Time; and, nevertheless, to continue Session this Forenoon, and send unto them such Bills as are already passed this House, or shall pass this Forenoon.

Exception to Member's Words.

Upon the Question, Mr. Snagge is, by the whole Voice of the House, purged of the Words and Meaning, wherewith it was pretended he should heretofore have uttered in this House, to the Dishonour and Discontentation of the Lords of the Higher House.

Bills from Lords.

Mr. Doctor Huyck and Mr. Doctor Vaughan do bring from the Lords Three Bills; viz. One touching Sea Marks; One touching the Partition of Lands to be had between the Lord Latymer and Sir Robte. Wingfeild Knight, and their Heirs; which Bill passed this House before; and One for the Reviving of certain Statutes.

Bills brought back.

The Bill against fraudulent Gifts, and Conveyances of Lands; and the Bill for Partition of Lands between the Lord Latymer and Sir Robte. Wyngfeld, sent up by Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, and others; and by them brought back again; for that the Lords were risen and gone.

Leave of Absence.

John Vaughan Esquire, Knight for the County of Carmarthen, is this Day licensed to be absent in the Service and Affairs of the Queen's Majesty, being her Highness's Coroner, and Bailiff of the Liberty of Kidwellye in the County aforesaid.

Charles Vaughan Esquire, One of the Burgesses for the Town of Shaftesburie in the County of Dorsett, is, for his great Business and Affairs at the next Assizes to be holden in the said County of Dorsett, licensed to be absent.

John Lewes Owen Esquire, Knight for the County of Meryoneth, for his great Sickness, is dispensed with for his Absence.

Francis Crumwell Esquire, One of the Knights for the County of Huntingdon, is licensed to be absent; for that divers of his Servants are infected with the Sickness of the Small Pox.
