ADDED to the Bill of Horse-hides: Mr. James, Mr. Holland, Mr. Dammett, Sir John Hubbard, Sir Nich. Halwell, Mr. Petre, Mr. Kerveth, Mr. Field, Mr. Dottin, Mr. Noy, Mr. Peard, Mr. James of the Isle of Wight, Mr. Crewe: - Presently, in the Committee Chamber.

Clothing.

Horse-hides, &c.

B. To restrain the Using of any Leather, made of Horse-hides, Hog-skins, &c. returned by Mr. Noy, from the Committee, with Approbation.

Comm. An Act for Confirmation of some Part of a Charter to the Town of Southampton, &c. with Amendments. - The Bill went from this House.

Cavendish's Relief.

The Counsel in the Bill of Cavendish. - Mr. Richison against it, for Sir Charles Cornwallys: Mr. Gerrard for Mrs. Cavendish.

The Council on both Parts seeming not to desire to be heard here, the House was contented, they should forbear; and the Bill re-committed: - To meet this Afternoon, in the Exchequer Chamber; and the Counsel there to be heard.
