The Court.		 33. Thomas Lord Buckhurst to the Dean and Chapter of Christ Church, Oxford. My Lord Treasurer has written you on behalf of the bearer, John Daniel, for passing to him a lease of certain tithes, parcel of the possessions of the monastery of Norton, co. Chester. Pray respect this, and as he is resident within the county palatine of Chester, and cannot therefore sue in his own name forth of the county, he requests a letter of attorney to sue in your names, in whatever Court his counsel shall direct him.
