Sept. 4. Grant to John de Carteret and Phil. Jorneaux, to the use of John and Susan de Solemont, infants, heirs of Nich. Solemont, of Jersey, deceased, of land, and rent corn purchased by him from the Queen's cousin, (but the grant was found void in law,) reserving the yearly rent of three quarters of wheat.
