Soham Manor.

1. Reading: - Nova. B. Of Confirmation of Letters Patents, made by the King's Majesty to Sir Roger Aston, Knight, and John Grimsdich, Gentleman, of the Manor of Soham, in the County of Cambridge, and other Things in the said Letters Patents mentioned.

Marshalsea Court.

1. Reading: - B. For Reformation of Abuses, and the due Execution of Justice, in the Court of Marshalsea of the King's Houshold, and Vierge of the same, - Preferred by the Knight Marshal. - Petens sequitur.

Forcible Entries.

1. Reading : - B. For some Addition to be made unto a Statute, made in the 8th Year of King Henry theVIth, Cap. 9, concerning forcible Entries.

Liberty to a Prisoner.

Mr. Speaker moveth, that Bateman, Yesterday being committed, might have Leave to go about his Business, for Two or Three Days, being an Attorney at Law, about his Clients Business. - Agreed unto.

Q. Whether the Serjeant's Man shall attend him, as a Prisoner: - Resolved.

The Reason: Though he were a contemptuous Offender, yet other Men not to be punished for his Faults.
