The House desireth the Privy Council to require the Queen's Majesty to have in Remembrance their Petition, looking for her most gracious Answer.

The Committees do certify the House, That Mr. Jones' Men may be committed to the Serjeant; and that he attend Mr. Recorder and Mr. Gargrave with the Prisoners, before the Lord Chief Justice, to enter with Sureties in Bond of 500 l. to appear personally in the Queen's Bench, in Trinity Term next, to answer to such Things as shall then be objected to them on the Queen's Behalf; and so set at Liberty.
