ALDERMAN Pennington, Mr. Catalyn, Mr. Ashton, Mr. Hoyle, Sir Jo. Francklyn, Mr. Hussy, Mr. Kirton, Mr. Rolls, Mr. Shuttleworth, Sir Rich. Buller, Mr. Lee, Mr. Carew, Mr. Arundell, Mr. Cradock, Mr. Kirby, the Burgesses of the Ports; these are added to the Committee for sorting of Petitions; and are specially to consider of, and to sort such Petitions as concern the Publick; and are to meet this Afternoon, at Two of Clock, in the Exchequer-court.

2a vice lecta, An Act, that the County Palatine of Dur- ham shall have Knights, Citizens, and Burgesses, to serve in Parliament; upon Question, committed unto Lord Fairefax, Sir Tho. Widrington, Sir W. Erle, Sir Wm. Litton, Mr. H. Bellassis, Sir Ph. Musgrave, Sir H. Bellingham, Sir Geo. Dalston, Sir Rich. Buller, Mr. Schowen, Mr. Kirby, Mr. Ashton, Sir Ro. North, Mr. Shuttleworth, Sir Edw. Aiskew, Sir Tho. Bowyer, Sir Ro. Crane, Mr. Whistler, Mr. Glyn, Sir Patricius Coroyn, Sir Anth. Irby, Mr. Hussy, Sir Peter Hayman, Sir Dud- ley North, Mr. Selden, Mr. Hoyle: And are to meet on Monday next at Two of Clock, in the Exchequer- chamber.

Proceedings against Oconnor.

Ordered, That the Business concerning Wm. Oconnor, Priest and Jesuit, be referred to the Committee that is to prepare the Charge against Secretary Windebank: And they have Power to examine Mrs. Hussy, that informs against the said Oconnor, or any other, that may be con- cerned in that Business; and to consider of the whole State of the Business, and every particular circumstance of it.

Person sent for.

Ordered, That James Brinker, Esquire, High Sheriff of the County of Carnarvon, be forthwith sent for, as a Delinquent, by the Serjeant at Arms attending on this House, to answer his Neglect and Contempt to this House and Commonwealth, in not returning a Knight and Burgess for that Town and County, in above a Month after the Election was made; and to answer other Misdemeanours, by him committed, in the Carriage of that Election.

Potter's Petition.

Ordered, That the Petition of Anth. Potter be referred to the Committee, that is to examine the Misdemeanours, of the Diocese of Lincolne.

Person to attend.

Ordered, That Mr. David Bandinell, Dean of the Isle of Jersey, be summoned and required to appear here To-morrow Morning, to answer the Petition put in against him by Samuel de la Place, of the said Isle of Jersey.

Ordered, That the Committee of Twenty-four do meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, in the Treasury-chamber.

Subsidies.

Ordered, To-morrow Morning at Nine of Clock, the House to be resolved into a Committee, to resume the Reading of the Bill of Subsidies.
