Isley's Restitution.

Mr. Ric. Baker, and * Leonard, Esquires, with their Counsel learned, required, that a Proviso may be for them, to be put to the Bill of Restitution in Blood for the Sons of Sir Henry Isley, attainted of Treason.

William and Edward Isley, with his learned Counsel, required, that, considering the Bill doth restore them, towards the Lands, but to such Title as they had before, that That State may continue unto them.
