Order of the Privy Council, directing that tobacco and all other commodities from Virginia shall be first landed in England and the King's customs paid before being taken to any foreign country. The execution of this order to be respited four months. [Colonial Entry Bk., Vol. LXXIX., pp. 201–2.]
