June 2. Whitehall.	Minute of the Privy Council. Thos. Fittz, merchant, having been committed to the Fleet prison for embezzling beaver skins from a warehouse, the Attorney General is required to discover who were actors or abettors therein, and what monies Fittz had received for the sale of the skins. June 16.	Order of the Privy Council for the Attorney General to proceed against Thos. Fittz in the Star Chamber for "great contempt and affront of all authority and justice." He is to remain a prisoner in the Fleet, and not to be suffered to go abroad. [Copy. Colonial Corresp., 1630, April 2.]
