Minutes of a Court for Providence Island. The Swallow to be sold, and 100l., part of the charges for Capt. Rous' imprisonment in Spain, paid out of the proceeds. Articles signed, in which Emanuel Truebody agrees to send two ships from New England to Providence, with Capt. Humphreys and other; he also undertakes to transport 100 men, on certain conditions. June 28. Articles of agreement between the Company of Providence Island and Emanuel Truebody. For providing the Sparrow and the Salutation, of New England, of 140 tons apiece, to be employed in transporting Capt.
