Aug 2. Edinburgh.	2085. Sir J. Werden to Henry Brouncker. I have showed your letter about Mrs. Ogle's business at New York to the Duke, and Sir E. Andros being here by lucky chance the business is now ordered as she desires, that is, the Duke has ordered him to deliver her house and appurtenances, not that he is satisfied with her title but from compassion for her losses in the capture of New York by the Dutch. In your last you say that you have doubts about the Customs, as the three years for which they were established expired in November last.
