1678 ? 2,056. Petition of the merchants, planters, and traders to the English Plantations in America, but more especially to Virginia, to the King. Setting forth the great detriment of planting tobacco in England, and imploring that an Act of Parliament be speedily passed to prevent the same. Signed, Edward Digges, Hen.
