2,112.Order of the King in Council. Report of Lords of Trade and Plantations. We have received articles from Mr. Randolph against the Charters of Rhode Island and Connecticut, and recommend that writs of Quo Warranto be issued against them. We have also received an address from the Mayor and Aldermen of New York (see No. 186I.), that the Colony has suffered much since the separation of Delaware and East and West Jersey, and we recommend the issue of writs against the patents of Delaware, East and West Jersey, accordingly. Signed, Rochester, Clarendon, C.P.S., Halifax P., Ormond, Beaufort. [Col. Entry Bk., Vol. XCVII., pp. 230, 231.]
