Draft of a charter for incorporating a company to settle and govern a Colony on the Continent of America, lying North and South between the 36th and 46th degrees of latitude and from the Pacific Ocean to the Western bounds of New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia. 5 pp. At foot of the last page, Minute of the Attorney General, that he sees no objection to the draft.
