Nov. 8 23. Address of the justices and grand jury of Kent County in the province of Maryland to the King. We thank your Majesty for delivering us from the Papists. In accordance with the declaration of 19 Feb. 1 Will. and Mary we have in common with the rest of the population of the province excluded Roman Catholics from all offices. Signed A.
