Arguments touching the Oath of the Assessors in the Subsidy. - Ingrossetur.
1. The Bill against those that extol the Power of the Bishop of Rome, and refuse the Oath of Allegiance.
2. The Bill touching Levying of Fines for Respite of Homage.
For that John Harryngton Esquire, returned Burgess of St. Iyes in Cornwall, and also for Carnarvon in Wales, doth appear for Carnarvon; a Writ is required for a Burgess for St. lyes.
