Resolved, The House to turn presently into a grand Committee, and there to consider of this Message from his Majesty concerning Mr. Cooke.

Mr. Speaker took his Chair again, upon a great Confusion of divers going suddenly out of the House.
Ordered, No Man shall go out from the grand Committee, before the Speaker take his Chair again, and so the House rise in the usual Order.
