Proprieties, Pennsylvania.

The agent for the Proprietaries of Pennsylvania attends and delivers a certificate from the King's Remembrancer of the proper security having been given in his office by Richard Penn, Esquire, Deputy Governor of Pennsylvania, pursuant to a warrant for that purpose from the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury; whereupon a draught of instructions to the Proprietaries in the usual form having been prepared, was approved, and a representation thereupon to his Majesty was signed.

Dominica.

The Secretary, at the request of the parties interested, moved their lordships for their approbation of the assignment to John Tench and others of a lease of lands in Dominica, granted by the Commissioners for the sale of lands to John Lewis Paulin Desfontaines, and of the assignment to John Woodville of a lease of land in the said Island, granted by the Commissioners for the sale of lands to Lewis Du Moulin Courneuve, and it appearing, that the Governor had given his consent, it was ordered, that the Secretary should certify their lordships' approbation of such assignments.

Plantations General.

Duplicates of letters and papers received by the Earl of Hillsborough from the Governors of his Majesty's colonies in America, relative to public proceedings in the said colonies for some time past, were communicated to the Board, and the said letters were read and ordered to be bound up under the several heads to which they belong.

The Secretary laid before the Board public Acts and proceedings of the legislatures of several of the colonies, the titles of which are as follows, viz:—
