Dirricke Heldon and John Kelsey Churchwardens of the p'ishe of Saincte MArtine in ye Countie of Midd' Chosen And appointed for ye space of two whole yeares endinge at ye beirth of our Lorde god one Thowsande ffive hunderith ffower scoore and Three.
