B. For Preservation of Woods. - A private Bill, because Iron-works for most Counties.

Privilege.

The Messenger for Sir Ja. Scudamore: - That he thought not to trouble the Sheriff: - That he heard Wayte would come to Town.

King appoints to be attended.

Mr. Chancellor: - That Four from this House did attend his Majesty, to know his Pleasure for Access. -

Access in the Banqueting-house: - All the House, with Ease.

Mr. Speaker: - Whether to meet here, or to meet in the Garden.

Resolved, To meet in the Preaching-place.

Yarmouth.

Yarmouth: - To-morrow, - being appointed To-day.

Privilege.

Resolved, The Messenger to re-pay 50s. which he had ; and to seek out the Party, Wayte, at his Peril.

Grievances.

Sir Edwyn Sandys: - The great Committee for Grievance to sit all Day, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
