PRAYERS.

Preachers thanked.

ORDERED, That Sir Oliver Luke do return Thanks to Mr. Palmer, and Mr. Hill to Mr. Carter, from this House, for the great Pains they took in the Sermons they this Day preached, at the Intreaty of the Commons, before them, at St. Margaret's, Westminster; and that they desire them to print their Sermons: And they have the like Privilege in the Printing of their Sermons, as others in the like Cases formerly have had.

Preachers appointed.

Ordered, That Mr. Darley do, from this House, desire Mr. Sidrach Simson, and Mr. Rous Mr. Connant, to preach before the Commons, the next Fast Day, at St. Margaret's, Westminster.

The Assembly.

Resolved, &c. That this House doth nominate Mr. Dury to be one of the Assembly, in the Place of Dr. Downing, deceased.

King's Children.

Resolved, &c. That the Lady Vere shall be nominated by this House to have the Government of the Two young Princes at St. James's; and that the Lords Concurrence be desired herein.

Master, &c. in the Temple.

Ordered, That Mr. Prideauv do bring in an Ordinance, for recommending Mr. Goodwyn of Taunton to officiate at the Temple as Master, and to receive the Profits and Advantages thereunto belonging; and Mr. Newton to be Lecturer there, and to receive the Profits thereunto incident.

Warrant to Stephens.

Ordered, That * * Servant to Mr. Stephens, a Member of this House, shall have Mr. Speaker's Warrant to go to Oxon to visit Mr. Stephens' Son, brought Prisoner thither.
