Privilege - Arrest of a Member.
UPON Question, the Lord Lambert, being a Member of this House, shall have the Privilege of the House, being arrested, and in Prison of the Fleete, upon meane Process.
The Warden of the Fleete, called in, confesseth, he is Prisoner upon meane Process. He discharged of his Imprisonment of the said Lord Lambert: And the Warden ordered to deliver up to him all Bonds, taken by him, about his Imprisonment.
Farwell's Estate.
L. 1a. An Act for the Sale of the Manor of Barrington, and other Lands, in Barrington, and elsewhere, within the County of Somersett, being the Inheritance of A. Farwell, an Infant, and in Ward to his Majesty.

Exporting Wool. &c.
Mr. Saunders reporteth the Bill against Exportation of Wool, &c. without any Amendment; except taking off a Proviso, affixed to the Bill, for Wools to be carried out of Northumberland, Comberland, and Westmorland, into Scotland: Which they think fit, should be left out, as an Evasion out of the Law: And that the Committee thought not fit to enlarge the Exportation of Wool into Garnsey and Jersey, Alderney and Sarke. -

King's Revenue.
Moved, there may be a Committee of the whole House, presently, to consider of the State of the King and Kingdom. The King's settled Revenue to be looked into ; and to see how any the Defects therein may be supplied, to support the King, as fit.
