Sallcombe Haven.

1. The Bill to revive the Haven of Sallcombe, in Devon.

Black Fryers.

2. The Bill for the House of the late Black Fryers, in London, to be in the Jurisdiction of the City of London. - Mr. S. Bowrne.

First Fruits.

Mr. Speaker declared the Queen's Pleasure to be spoken Yesterday, for to depart with the First Fruits and Tenths: and my Lord Cardinal spake for the Tythes and Impropriations of Benefices to be Spiritual

A Member's Assumption of Mr. Speaker's Office.

Also Mr. Speaker shewed, that, at That Time, Mr. Story, kneeling, spake to the Queen, saying, that Mr. Speaker did not open to the Queen, that Licences might be restrained, as hath been spoken in the House: Whereupon Mr. Speaker prayed the Advice of the House :

For that it seemeth to the House, that Mr. Storye spake of good Zeal; the Fault toward Mr. Speaker, and the House, is remitted.

Penal Laws.

The last Bill passed, for Execution of Laws, sent to the Lords by Mr. Fitzchamberleyn.

Hereford Mills.
