987. Order to pay to Messer Francesco Filago 1,000 crowns for expenses incurred, and to be incurred, by our order for the three ambassadors of England and their household, who are going to Rome, for the time of their stay in this State, in fulfilment of the commands of the King of England, our lord. Filago shall render account for this. By order of Gomez Suarez di Figueroa, his Majesty's lieutenant in Piedmont.
Milan the 16th April, 1555.
