King's Norton Petition.
ORDERED, That the Petition, exhibited formerly
to this House, from the Inhabitants of the Town of
King's Norton, and referred to the Committee for Courts
of Justice, be taken out from that Committee, and
referred to the Committee for the Queen's Bill.
Prisoner released.
Ordered, That Edward Winkley, who was sent for, as
a Delinquent, by the Serjeant at Arms, for serving Sir
Marten Lister, a Member of this House, with an Order
out of the Court of Wards, contrary to the Privilege of
this House, and who this Day appeared at the Bar,
upon his Submission, be forthwith released from any
farther Restraint.
Midhurst Return amended.
The Bailiff of Midherst in Sussex, according to a
former Order, came hither to the Bar; and amended
One of the Indentures of Return of Burgesses for that
Town; and the other was taken of the File.
Court of Yorke and Court of Marches.
Ordered, That the Committee appointed to consider
of the Jurisdiction of the Court of Yorke, and the Jurisdiction of the Court of the Marches, and the Principality
of Wales, be revived; and meet this Afternoon, at Two
of Clock, in the Exchequer-court.
Earl of Winchelsea's Estate.

of Winchelsea, for Payment of Debts.
Person to be returned to Prison.
Ordered, That Rich. Lloyd Clerk, formerly sent for
hither, as a Delinquent, by the Serjeant at Arms attending on this House, be returned to the Prison from
whence he was taken; and left to be proceeded against
at the Sessions.
Supply.
The Order, Yesterday made, for resolving the House
into a Grand Committee, was read: And thereupon,
Mr. Speaker left the Chair: And
Mr. Hide was called to the Chair.
Mr. Speaker reassumed the Chair.
And, upon Mr. Hide's Report from the Grand Committee, it was
Resolved, upon the Question, That Two Subsidies
shall be granted, for the Maintenance of the King's Army,
and Supply of the Northern Parts.

Sir Wm. Brereton has Leave for some short Time, to
go into the Country, upon special Occasions.
