Grievances.

Sir Edwyn Sandys: - Nescio quo fato, Grief and Grievances upon him. -

Reporteth the Grievance touching Proclamations. - 8. Grievance. -

Touching Impositions ; that Mr. Speaker, by Direction of the House, may take Order for the View of the Parliament Records in the Tower, - Exchequer Records.

- The King's Counsel to give Direction for Precedents, which they vouched. - Sir Rob. Cotton to give Assistance. -

That the Grievances may sit in the Mornings. -

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in ....

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, in the Mornings.

Parchment, 46 E. III. offered by Sir Roger Owen; and insisted upon, that this Court may have Access to all Records. - Urged to be read.

Mr. Solicitor: - Not without Warrant of the Hand of an Officer. -

The Statute read in Law French, and Englished by the Clerk.

Mr. Fuller: - That Credit might be given to it as it is; and then examine it.

Mr. Martin: - If we believe not the Judges of the Exchequer, then not One here, without other Warrant.

Mr. Noy : - He hath seen the Roll. - Vouched in former Sessions.
