The prior, in contempt of this appeal, despoiled him of his commons, saying that as papal chaplain he might provide for himself, and caused the doors of the priory to be shut against him. If these things are true, the prior is to replace Robert in his former position, and give him an allowance double of that which he received before he was made papal chaplain.

Witnesses are to be summoned and the cause committed to discreet persons in those parts.
