Westminster.		 To the sheriff of Devon. Order not to put the abbot of Tavystok in default because he did not appear on Tuesday after St. Luke in the suit in the sheriff's court between him and Elizabeth de Alneton and Nicholas de Alneto for a debt of 100l. exacted by him from them, as he was in the king's service by his order on that day.
