Langley.
Agnes, late the wife of John Hacun, of Cokerington, and John son of John le Provost of Cokerington, in the king's prison at Lincoln for the death of Thomas Bucke, of Sumercotes, and Agnes Burre, have letters to the sheriff of Lincoln to bail them until the first assize.

Windsor.
To Roger Fillol and John de Carleford, fermors of the manors of Framelingham, Castr', Saham, Donnyngworthe, Holesle, and Waleton. Order to take in the king's park of the manor of Framelingham twelve oaks fit for timber, and to use them in repairing the houses and mills of the said manors, expending out of their ferm 20 marks in repairing the houses and 5 marks in repairing the mills.

Order to deliver to Geoffrey de Cornubia, who married Margaret, daughter and co-heiress of Hugh de Mortuo Mari, of the lands that Matilda, late the wife of the said Hugh, held at her death in dower and otherwise for life of the inheritance of Joan and the said Margaret, daughters and co-heiresses of the said Hugh, and of the lands that were in the hands of the late king and the present king owing to the minority of the said Joan and Margaret, and of the lands that William de Mortuo Mari, of Hamme, kinsmen of the said Joan and Margaret, held at his death of their inheritance, which also came into the king's hands owing to their minority, the purparty thereof due to the said Margaret, who has proved her age, as contained in a schedule sent herewith, upon the said Geoffrey taking homage therefor.

The purparty of the said Geoffrey and Margaret, to wit a moiety of the manor of Bureford with the chief messuage, of the yearly value of 11l. 18s. 8¼d.; a moiety of the manor of Codrugg', co. Worcester, of the yearly value of 17l. 14s. 2¼d.; the manors of Aumbredon and Hobrugg, of the yearly value of 22l. 8s. 9¾d.; a moiety of the manor of Nymeton, of the yearly value of 16l. 16s. 11½d.; the manor of Norton, of the yearly value of 21l. 11s. 11d.

Order not to tax to the twenty-fifth the proper goods of the abbey of Barlinges issuing from the temporalities annexed to the church thereof, nor the rents and other services of their villeins, which are taxed to the tenth now current, in accordance with the ordinance for the collection of the said twenty-fifth made by the king and his council, and sent to them under his seal. Order to arrest all Templars still at large, and to lead them with those already in custody to Dublin, there to be imprisoned and brought before the bishop-elect of Dublin, or his vicar, and Thomas, dean of Dublin, Bindus de Bandinell, canon of St. Paul's, diocese of Florence, and John Balla, canon of Clonfert, the deputies appointed by the patriarch of Jerusalem, the archbishop of York, the bishops of Lincoln and Chichester, the abbot of Lagny (Lathiniagico), diocese of Paris, and Master Sicard de Vaur, canon of Narbonne, the inquisitors appointed by the pope to inquire into certain articles touching the Templars.
